The CRC has several conference rooms available free of charge to CRC tenants. Non-tenants promoting the mission of the CRC may also request use of these rooms. All conference rooms are equipped with an Ethernet data connection and phone line. Make your reservation for a conference room and projector through the CRC Administrative Office.
Conference rooms are rented to non-tenants on the basis of $250 for a half day and $400 for a whole day. Food and beverages may be served in the CRC conference rooms - but it is the responsibility of each user to provide, serve, and discard leftover food and beverages. Food from outside of the park may be brought into all conference rooms except for the Corporate Conference Room in RB XII. Food in that conference room may be provided only by Wikiteria Market & Café restaurant.
It is the responsibility of each user to reasonably return the conference room to the configuration in which it was found. Cleaning fees are assessed and billed to users for leaving the rooms in unreasonable condition. Please notify CRC Administrative Office of all long distance calls which will be billed back to the user.
The Virginia Tech Airport conference room is also available to CRC tenants. Call 540-231-4444 to schedule its use.

The VCOM II Conference Center is a large open room that can be divided using partitioning walls to create up to four rooms. Removing partitions substantially adds to the number of people that can be accommodated up to a maximum capacity of 1,370. VCOM II Conference Center is equipped with audio/visual equipment, high-speed wireless Internet connection, a large lobby for group registration, an outdoor function space, ample free parking and a catering kitchen.
