| VTCRC Special Interest Groups (SIG) provide an environment conducive to building new professional relationships, educating, motivating, and exchanging energizing ideas and perspectives. Meetings provide a venue to discuss leading-edge topics, the latest tools and industry best practices with leaders in your field. Current groups include HR Connection, CRC Finance Network, and BioTech Group. Each is open to CRC tenants and tenant employees performing human resource functions, finance functions, and the biotech industry, respectively. Training Events and Brown Bag Seminars |

| Free training events and brown bag seminars are opportunities
for networking. The CRC regularly schedules formal and informal training programs for companies and their employees. Formal training is provided on topics that would be of interest to company leaders. Informal training is provided on a bi-weekly basis on various technical and business issues as part of the CRC’s Brown Bag Seminar series. Providers host seminars to introduce companies and employees to their latest products and services. |

| The CRC sponsors the Roanoke Blacksburg Technology Council (RBTC) and encourages CRC tenants to become members. RBTC is a non-profit member-driven association of businesses and organizations in the greater NewVa Region (encompassing Roanoke and Blacksburg, VA), working together to promote the growth and success of the region's technology sector.
