The following contractors have done satisfactory work
in the park and are approved by CRC
Administration. This approval is based on past work and does not
guarantee your satisfaction. Unless the CRC is managing the project,
you are responsible for all relations and obligations contracted by
you with the contractor. You are free to use other contractors but they
must be properly licensed, insured, and be pre-approved by the CRC.
Jamerson Construction - Brent Harrison 540-951

Jamerson has constructed many of the buildings here in the park and
are very familiar with park requirements. Though a large commercial
contractor they do smaller jobs in certain contexts. Experienced with
both general construction and lab construction.
JM Turner - Steve Doyle 540-343-6749
Turner has constructed many of the buildings here in the park and are
very familiar with park requirements. Experienced with both general
construction and lab construction.
Journells Home Improvement - Jim Journelle 540-626-2416
Jim specializes in small to medium jobs and has done a number of projects
here in the park. He can handle electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, walls,
doors, painting, and about anything else.
GJ Hopkins - Bill McAdams 540-982-1873
Hopkins has done most of the HVAC and mechanical contracting at the
CRC. They are very familiar with the HVAC systems and have expertise
is lab systems.
Jamison Electric - Steve Palmer 540-483-1940
Jamison has done most of the electrical work for the buildings constructed
here in the CRC. They are very familiar with the electrical designs
and systems within each building. They will do both small and large
jobs.
Jones Construction - Nanci Phillips 540-951-2688
Proficient in design and décor as well as construction, Jones
Construction can handle both small and medium size jobs.
Koontz Architect - Thomas Koontz 540-951-4925
Tom has been involved in both design and architectural management of
many of the buildings and projects here in the park. He is experienced
in planning of office space, design of lab facilities, and is knowledgeable
about both state and local codes as well as CRC requirements.
