Keys
|
|
Keys at the CRC are state-issued and non-duplicative.
Keying a door costs $28.00 and keys cost $2.00 each. The CRC will
provide keys for all locks in your space at the onset of the lease.
We will provide one outside door key for each person who will originally
occupy the office and one key for your inside door for each of these
persons. Additional keys may be requested from CRC Administration
and will be charged to you on your Tenant Services invoice.
The importance of not losing these keys cannot be emphasized
enough. If keys are lost, and the security of any tenants space
is jeopardized, the tenant may be held responsible for re-keying
all locks to which the lost key has access. In others words, if
you lose an outdoor key, one which every tenant in the building
has, they you may have to replace every lock and every key in
the building. Also, please do not attempt to duplicate any keys.

Building
Opening and Closing Procedures
|
| |
Tenants are responsible for securing the doors to
their own space. The CRC staff is responsible unlocking all common
entry doors around 7:00 a.m. each morning and re-locking again around
5:00 p.m. The exception for this is for six holidays New
Years, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the Friday before is used as
the holiday closing; if the holiday is on Sunday, the Monday following
will be observed as the holiday. Notices are sent
to notify tenants when CRC staff will not unlock buildings.
It is important for you to note that personnel entering the building
after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, are responsible for
locking the building when they leave. The common entry doors should
always remain locked after hours to prevent unauthorized entry
into the building.
Please contact CRC
Administration if you have any questions.

be in the Outgoing Mail slot by 10:00 a.m. each day to ensure pickup.

is too large in size or quantity for the slot may be placed in the
U.S. Outgoing Mail receptacle located in that room.
Also, for your convenience, a U.S. mail drop box is located in
front of the Garvin Center. The last pick up is around 4:30 p.m.
