Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center: General Information

This program has been initiated as the result of Virginia Tech’s relationship with a Korean company called Asia Venture Partners (AVP). AVP’s business is to make money as the result of establishing business relationships between: (a) CRC companies that desire to do business in the Far East with Asian companies, and (b) Korean companies that desire to come to the U.S. AVP has proposed a number of partnerships with Virginia Tech faculty and centers that are currently being developed. The plan for this program is to continue to work with AVP to recruit Korean companies to the CRC and develop business relationships between CRC companies and Korean companies.
