Published by, EOS.IO is a blockchain protocol that enables horizontal scaling of decentralized applications, allowing developers to efficiently create high performance distributed applications. The EOS.IO software provides accounts, authentication, databases, and the scheduling of applications across multiple CPU cores and/or clusters. Our team is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Administrator will be primarily responsible for various contracts administrative tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining contractual files, serving as a point of contact to internal customer regarding contractual matters and preparing approved form agreements for distribution to internal and external parties.  The successful candidate will have experience as a contracts administrator or paralegal and will have focused primarily on commercial contracting matters.  Experience working for a technology company is a plus. 


  • Serves as Tier 1 point of contact for internal customers regarding contracts process and general contractual matters.
  • Prepares and disseminates information as required regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.
  • Able to interpret and analyze contract information.
  • May review the work of others and be able to detect errors or needed modifications.
  • Participates in contract reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with company contractual requirements.
  • Prepares form agreements for distribution.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of company contract database.
  • Responsible for the filing and storage of hard and soft copies of contractual files.
  • Prepares special reports and analyses as required.

  • Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in contracts administration or as a paralegal focused primarily on commercial contractual matters,
  • Experience working for a software development or technology company is a plus.
