Job Description

Operate, manage and maintain elevated privilege management application and components using available tools, such as BeyondTrust Powerbroker and other tools including RSA Archer, Splunk; Tripwire, to allow users to install approved applications without elevated privileges.
Log data for applications requiring elevated privileges, and periodically review to ensure compliance or initiate POA&M actions
Maintain rule set in base policy Group Policy Object (GPO) and populate exception and special user policy GPOs to ensure compliance with current approved and unapproved software.
Troubleshoot Powerbroker applications or other tools, and apply any changes required.
Ensure reporting console events generated through profiling are reviewed for required Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) policies and NIST guidance.
Respond to help desk tickets and customer support issues.
Include summary of efforts and metrics as part of the Monthly Performance and Progress Report (MPPR).
Develop a plan for transitioning services and knowledge from the current Contractor.
Revise the transition plan based upon Government-provided feedback.
At the end of this contract, plan, cooperate and coordinate with the new Contractor to efficiently and effectively transition services and knowledge.

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Hands on experience using BeyondTrust Powerbroker and other access management tools

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting Privilege Access Control Management
and industry best practice professional certification / training commensurate with the position title
Familiar with NIST and FISMA regulatory compliance

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
