PERVIDA’s Position Overview:

PERVIDA is looking for a full-time regional account manager for the MidAtlantic Region! The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business as well as growing sales with existing accounts in VA, DC and MD. The Account Manager will build strong customer relations by regularly visiting accounts, invoicing, sales, conducting tastings, and staff trainings. Other duties may be assigned. You would be the face of the PERVIDA brand in this region and help us introduce PERVIDA to tons of new consumers. You will be accountable for implementing creative, grass-roots field marketing to maximize opportunities for consumer experience of PERVIDA products through in-store demos, street sampling, and events. PERVIDA team members will be knowledgeable and speak our target consumer about product functionality, benefits and gather direct consumer feedback. The account manager will be able to forecast, plan and manage beverage orders. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • PERVIDA is responsible for creating exceptional customer service and enjoy engaging the public in a positive demeanor.
  • Identify, develop and execute key business building opportunities around distribution, availability, promotion, display, merchandising and pricing that will support volume and share growth for Pervida, while balancing these elements in a manner that will ensure a sustainable, profitable business model is maintained for both Pervida and our customers.
  • Invoicing and sales collection.
  • Build PERVIDA brand awareness and loyalty by creating memorable experience.
  • Contribute to define E-commerce and social media marketing strategies.
  • Must be able to educate consumers about the general principals of nutrition, functional ingredients and nutritional benefits of PERVIDA products.
  • Be knowledgeable of competitor’s products.
  • Must set-up and break down at in-store demos, tastings, events and street sampling locations.
  • Execute strong presence for PERVIDA products in assigned geographic and target demographic markets.
  • Be able to conduct In-store demos and street samplings on your own.
  • Be able to commute 40-250 miles outside of your home.
  • Capture “Email Leads” at events.
  • Ability to multi- task and prioritize workload.
  • Have a go-getter mentality and be able to problem solver.


  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Preferred 2 years sales experience.
  • Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Be able to communicate with team members.
  • Arrive to work on a timely manner.
  • Be able to participate in manual labor, including lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
  • Must have internet access.
  • Must have access to smart phone for recap purposes as well as to clock in/out after each shift
  • Knowledge of Google Docs.
  • Must have night and weekend availability.
  • Have the ability to post on personal social media outlets, to increase brand awareness in local markets.
  • Must be a PERVIDA brand fanatic.
