•	Go to vtcrc.net and choose CRC Maintenace Requests. Fill in the form and check the EMERGENCY BOX. Make sure someone is available at the phone number you enter OR
•	Dial the CRC Emergency Pager at 888-666-0613 and enter your phone number for someone to return your call OR
•	Send an email to Emergency Pager vtcrc@vawireless.com – give brief description and location of problem, and name/number of contact person.
