Topic:
Creating a Culture of Well-Being in the Workplace

Have you ever been given a job, but not the right tools? Many of us likely relate to such a predicament that can induce frustration and make us question our own competency.

The Carilion Clinic belief is that every member of an organization is charged with creating and contributing to the overall well-being in the workplace and employees should have access to resources to get the job done.

This presentation proposes and investigates how creating well-being requires intentionally, a proactive way of thinking and a multi-faceted approach. Participants in this workshop will gain a greater understanding of resources and tools available in creating such a workplace environment and have opportunities to practice their newly gained knowledge.
