Jennifer is a Senior Associate with Brown Edwards and assists clients as a third party administrator for their retirement and welfare plans. She helps them with plan design, plan administration, and plan termination. Jennifer graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries and holds the designation of Qualified Pension Administrator.
Ryan is a tax partner in the Lynchburg office and is the coordinator for all tax services with the firm. Ryan is also a licensed financial advisor and Chief Compliance Officer of Alliance Wealth Strategies (AWS), a Registered Investment Advisory firm owned by Brown Edwards. Ryan has over 22 years of public accounting experience in tax, financial planning and succession planning as well as 3 years in private industry. Ryan’s experience includes a wide variety of tax services and consulting.
Ryan graduated with Honors from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ryan also has a double minor in Mathematics and Economics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, carries a Series 65 investment licensee and has been recognized by Virginia Business magazine as a “Virginia Super CPA” in the area of corporate taxation.
He is a graduate of the 32nd class of the Leadership Lynchburg program and the finance chair for the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance. Ryan is the treasurer for the Lynchburg Estate Planning Council and the chairman of the Governance Committee for the Central Virginia Community College Foundation.
