‘Out with the old, in with the new’: Update and predictions regarding the Trump administration’s impact on employment law and regulations
The new administration brings uncertainty regarding the current status of certain federal regulations (which were passed but not enacted) and will focus on other regulatory areas of enforcement. Join us to learn about the status of the current regulations, known areas of focus, their predictions for additional regulatory changes in the future and how you can be prepared. Topics will include discussions of FLSA, paid-family leave, EEOC issues such as LGBTQ rights, immigration and the NLRB.
