"Implementing security best practices in the age of "the Cloud"
We all know cyber-security is a hot-button topic these days, and every company, small or large, is asking the question on how can they ensure they are protecting their assets in "the Cloud." This talk is geared towards discussing some best practices with Cloud vendors such as Amazon AWS, Google Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure.

Virginia Cyber Range
Aras Memisyazici is the Network Architect for the Virginia Cyber Range. As the Network Architect Mr. Memisyazici leads the team that is creating the platform from which students can access exercises and instructors can create full courses using the Virginia Cyber Range resources. Mr. Memisyazici had served as the Senior Systems Engineer for the Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation prior to becoming the Network Architect for the Virginia Cyber Range. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Radford University and his Master’s degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
