** You must give 3 day notice to all affected tenants as to the schedule of this process. Some tenants have experiments, lab instruments or employees which are sensitive to certain chemicals and must be forewarned before these substances are used. Keep in mind that the HVAC system distributes fumes throughout the whole building.
