His career started in the field\, progressed to running projects\, leading operations\, and then running the company. He went on to become CEO and Chairman of the large multi-discipline construction company in Southwest Virginia with revenues over $500mil. \nAfter retiring from construction and wanting to try something new\, someone gave him a book called Traction\, by Gino Wickman. Will almost immediately decided he wanted to teach EOS\, the Entrepreneurial Operating System\, to business owners and their teams to help them “Get a Grip” on their businesses. \nIn 2021\, he became an EOS Implementer and has helped dozens of leadership teams get more of what they want out of their business. In addition to becoming a Certified EOS Implementer he is now also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
