Hokie Wellness Presenters
Ana Agud, CWWSAna, Program Coordinator

Ana Agud is the Program Coordinator for Hokie Wellness. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport College and her Master of Public Health from Virginia Tech. She is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Worksite Wellness Specialist as well as being FEMA certified. In her free time, Ana enjoys relaxing with her family, two cats and dog and cheering on the Hokies at games!

Lauren Shelor, RD, CIEC, Health EducatorLauren

Lauren is a health educator with Hokie Wellness. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Radford University and completed a post-graduate dietetic internship with Lenoir-Rhyne University. Lauren is a registered dietitian, is FEMA certified, and is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC). She is pursuing a Master of Public Health at Virginia Tech and is currently working on her certification as a health and wellness coach. Her experience includes medical nutrition therapy counseling for disease management and prevention, working with population health initiatives, and intuitive eating coaching. Lauren is passionate about spreading kindness, writing, and promoting positive body image. In her free time, she loves to bake, explore local coffee shops, practice yoga, and spend time with her husband and dog.
