Alec is responsible for leading and directing Siegel Link, LLC. He is the company’s founding member. Alec grew up in this area and graduated Virginia Tech in 1983 with degrees in Marketing and Management. He started his successful career in recruiting in 1987 while based in Northern Virginia and specialized in the technology sector. Alec has been recognized as a top individual biller throughout his career and after stints with MBA Management (later S.R. Clarke) and Halbrecht & Company he moved to Blacksburg in 2002 and opened the current operation which officially became Siegel Link in the Spring of 2010

David currently leads the HR, IT, and Security Operations teams at JPI, including strategic HR at JPI including staffing and recruiting, benefits, employee relations, compensation, professional development, compliance, policy, and procedure. He has 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Financial Products. David graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and has been SPHR certified since 2009.

Stacey Jewell is a Technical Recruiter at 1901 Group in Blacksburg, Virginia. In addition to her recruiting duties, Stacey also oversees the company’s Intern program, College and Community outreach/networking efforts, and Compliance Standards for the Recruiting Department. She has over 10 years of recruiting experience in the hospitality, manufacturing, technical, and government sectors where she has grown an extensive network of recruiting contacts throughout the NRV and Southern West Virginia. Stacey attended Concord University in Athens, West Virginia where she received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology in 2005. She recently became an AIRS certified recruiter in 2017.

Meghan Juanarena is a senior Talent Acquisition leader at Rackspace. Meghan serves as a TA partner to our Chief Operations and Product Officers, leading the talent attraction strategies for our technical areas of the business such as Private and Public Cloud, Global Technical Support, Product Engineering and Managed Security. She is responsible for providing strategy, direction and overall thought leadership to a team of recruiters working to hire top talent. Having been with Rackspace for over 8 years, Meghan has worked with areas of the business in hyper-growth mode seeking niche technical talent. She has been involved in numerous projects aimed at attracting talent and ensuring a great candidate experience. Meghan graduated from Radford University with her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
