From Boomers to Zoomers – Live and In Person in Blacksburg

VT CRC Sponsor and ERC Partner, Wendy Glass, SHRM-SCP, President of Ignite Leadership + HR Group and VT Professor of Practice recently published a free manager’s playbook to help leaders move past generational stereotypes and personalize their leadership across all generations. Now, she is teaming up with speaker and facilitator Katie Beach for a hands-on half day workshop on managing and leading multigenerational teams, right here in our backyard.

The workshop takes place Monday, June 23 from 8:30am to noon at Warm Hearth Village in Blacksburg. Wendy will be co-facilitating alongside Katie, bringing her nearly two decades of generational leadership expertise and real organizational experience to the room.

Attendees walk away with practical tools and strategies for leading Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z more effectively, a workbook, a copy of Tim Elmore’s book The Future Begins with Z, and 3 SHRM PDCs toward recertification.
