Presented by Rich Shok, Founder and CEO of Code One Training Solutions, this session will explore the creation of BEACON, a model combining online coursework with remotely monitored, sensor-equipped skills rooms. Learn how Code One grew from 12 locations in 2020 to 112 across the eastern United States, the technology and operational challenges that came with scaling, and why the company is now rebuilding its systems again with a single platform developed in-house.
