Job Title: Customer Operations Executive
Location: Picatinny Arsenal
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support government contracting initiatives, manage project operations, coordinate with subcontractors and partners, and contribute to business development efforts. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage complex project requirements, proposals, and stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Executive

• Communicate with clients, customers, other businesses, and vendors, representing an organization or company.
• Seeks out, attracts, acquires, grows, and maintains long-term profitable customer relationships, and becomes the clients’
• Develops a qualified prospect list and sets up meetings with and forms new relationships with clients.
• Lead the full CAC onboarding process and coordinate onboarding of new hires with the government and internal teams.
• Manage awarded projects by maintaining clarity between contract awards and actual requirements.
• Assist with contractual activities
• Identify and escalate program issues to leadership and resolve project-related issues with subcontractors and primes.
• Ensure compliance with all contracts including clearance levels, CDRL requirements, and training.
• Maintain and send Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) rosters as needed.
• Organize and execute company events such as the year-end party, including planning, invitations, booking, and awards logistics.

Business Development & Partner Engagement
• Participating in industry and networking events to promote company capabilities.
• Initiate and manage partnerships with potential teaming partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new business opportunities and task reviews.
• Represent the company in discussions with potential partners and program managers.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree
• 2 years of experience in government contracting environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a cross-functional team
• Event coordination and internal operations management experience
• Local to Picatinny Arsenal will be a added benefit
