Technical Secretary – Emisshield, Inc.

Company Overview
Emisshield is a leading provider of high-emissivity ceramic coatings designed to enhance energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and improve performance in industrial applications such as furnaces, kilns, and aerospace components. As we expand our client base, we’re seeking a sharp, experienced professional to support our technical and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in updating and managing legal documents, including NDAs, contracts, and business plans, with a paralegal-like attention to detail.
Quickly grasp and communicate the fundamentals of emissivity and our coating technologies to internal teams and clients.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, client correspondence, and document organization amid growing client volume.
Support technical staff by researching basic scientific concepts, preparing reports, and coordinating project timelines.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with industry standards in all documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of experience in administrative, paralegal, or technical support roles (mid-career professionals preferred, not required).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex technical topics like emissivity without advanced scientific training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management software, and basic legal/research tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, administration, or a related field preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits
