The VTCRC has 40 completed buildings on 230+ acres of land with 1.2+ million square feet of space. The park is home to over 225 companies currently employing 3,500. The VTCRC has plans to construct another 15 buildings (870,000 square feet) to house a total of around 5,000 employees in the future.
